PCK is on the lookout for young and dynamic candidates to be engaged as trainees under the under the Training and Development Scheme of the Company. The scheme offers upto 3 years training facilities in the Estates, Factories and office of PCK spread through out the state. The selected candidates under the scheme will not have any right for regular employment in the Corporation.

1. Graduation.
2. Post Graduate Diploma in Social Science or Post Graduate Degree in Social Work with specialization in personnel management, Industrial Relations & Labour Welfare or MSW of the Kerala University with specialization in Personnel Management or equivalent qualification to MSW recognized by Kerala University.
3. Adequate knowledge in Malayalam.
Experience
Five years experience in Personnel Management in any commercial undertaking or Government owned Companies or Government Departments after qualifying the prescribed examination.
Age
Minimum 45 years as on 1st January of the year of notification inviting application for the post with usual relaxation to SC/ST.
Scale of pay
Rs.12930-20250
