Age Limit: Candidates age limit should not exceeding 40 years as on 01st October 2013.
Educational Records:

• For Pharmacist post, you must have 2 years Diploma in Pharmacy (D -pharmacy) (Allpathic) from any Institute.( B-Pharma & M-Pharma holders will get additional marks).
• For Staff Nurse post, Candidates should have completed GNM Training course from an Institute recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
• For Medical Officer post aspirants must possess BHMS/BAMS/BUMS degree from any institution recognized by respective councils of stream and have compulsory internship at the time of submission of application.
